At National Canine Academy India, we maintain a transparent and fair refund & cancellation structure to ensure clarity for all clients. Our programs require reserved trainer time, behavioural planning, and blocked training slots; hence the following terms apply.
1. Consultation Fees
All consultation/assessment call fees are 100% non-refundable as the trainer’s time is exclusively allotted for your appointment.
2. Training Programs (Board & Train, TTDO, Puppy, Behaviour Rehab)
A. Payment & Slot Confirmation
Program slots are confirmed only after payment. Once confirmed, training resources, kennel space (if applicable), and behaviour planning are allocated specifically for your dog.
B. Cancellation Before Program Start
Cancellation within 24 hours of payment:
50% refund.
Cancellation after 24 hours but before the program begins:
No refund, but the training start date may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
3. After Training Has Started
Once the program has commenced (Board & Train, TTDO, or private sessions):
No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.
Voluntary discontinuation by the client results in forfeiture of all remaining sessions/time.
Sessions are non-transferable to another dog or individual.
4. Behavioural, Safety, or Misdemeanour Discontinuation Clause
If training is discontinued due to:
Client misconduct or non-cooperation
Safety risks to trainers or dogs
Repeated absenteeism
Failure to follow training instructions
Any situation created by the client preventing continuation
→ No refund will be issued.
5. Trainer Medical Incapacitation Clause
Refunds may be considered only if the assigned trainer is medically incapacitated and the academy officially communicates the discontinuation of the program.
This is the sole exception for refund eligibility.
6. Sole Discretion Clause (Final Authority)
The decision to issue a refund (if any), and the determination of the refund amount, rests solely with National Canine Academy India and its authorized representatives.
All decisions will be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
7. Program & Policy Modification Clause
National Canine Academy India reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the website at the time of the transaction will be considered valid and applicable.
8. Session Rescheduling (TTDO / Private Sessions)
Sessions may be rescheduled with minimum 24-hour notice.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
9. Medical Exceptions for the Dog
If your dog develops a licensed vet-certified medical condition preventing training:
The program may be paused and resumed within 60 days, depending on trainer availability.
Refunds do not apply under medical exceptions.
10. Refund Processing
Where applicable, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original method of payment.
