All services depend on assessment, suitability, schedule, and availability.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about yourself and your dog
Disclose any behavioural or medical issues prior to service
Comply with training instructions.
Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
Avoid misuse, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full as communicated before service begins.
Payments are processed through third-party gateways (UPI, cards, payment apps).
NCA India does not store any bank or card information.
4. Behavioural Assessments & Safety
Every dog must undergo suitability assessment.
NCA India reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue service based on safety concerns or undisclosed behavioural issues.
Owners remain fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.
5. Results Disclaimer
Training outcomes depend on: Genetics, Temperament, Environment, Prior experiences, Owner consistency and follow-through.
NCA India does not guarantee results within a specific timeline.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including videos, photos, posts, branding, blogs, and materials—belongs to National Canine Academy.
Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

NCA is not liable for:

10. MEDIA RIGHTS & RELEASE
By enrolling in any NCA program, visiting our facility, submitting your dog for training, or participating in assessments, you grant National Canine Academy (“NCA”) the unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide right to Capture, Use, Reproduce, Publish, Distribute, Display, Edit and Create derivative works from photographs, videos, audio recordings, CCTV footage, or any media featuring you or your dog.
These may be used for any purpose, including but not limited to:
– Marketing and advertising campaigns
– Paid promotions
– Social media posts
– Website content
– Documentaries and educational content
– Training materials
– Internal documentation
– Brand storytelling
You agree that:
No compensation will be provided for use of such media. NCA is not obligated to notify you prior to use.
You waive the right to review, approve, or request edits to such media. Media use does not violate your privacy rights since no sensitive personal details are disclosed. You may request removal of media that clearly and directly shows your face, but approval or removal is at NCA’s sole discretion and not guaranteed.
Media featuring only your dog may be used freely without restriction or approval.
